Sophie decided it was finally time to try to take a few steps on her own. She has been standing independently for a few days now, and taking one small step between things. Today, I helped her stand in front of me, and then she walked to me. When Matt came home, she took four whole steps between us! I was cheering her on, and clapping. You wold think she would be thrilled. Not Sophie! She looked at me like, "Of course I can do it. It's really not that big of a deal." She is too funny. I'm guessing that it will be another couple of weeks until she is really independently walking, but we are getting there! YAY!
