Rewards From Him

Psalm 127: 3
Sons are a heritage from the LORD, children a reward from him.

Psalms 139: 13-16
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb.
I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;

your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.
All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

Two Months!

What a change from our little tiny babies in two months! Although we had to cancel our two month checkup, both the babies were weighed at the doctor's office. Jack wieghs a whopping
9 lbs. 14 oz., and Sophie weighs 7 lbs. 3 oz. They are really growing! Things are changing around our house, as both babies are starting to love playing! Also, they are noticing each other's cries, and crying in unison. Sometimes it's really hard when you are the only one around! Hopefully soon they will notice each other when playing. We can't get enough of their smiles either. Matt and I do anything we can(including standing on heads making funny faces) to get one of those amazing smiles that fill their entire faces. The oufits they are wearing are some of my favorites! I love the coordinating boy/girl oufits, which is one of the fun parts of having twins! On a side note, Matt and I could still use tons more sleep!

Glad to hear they are growing so well. 7lb 3oz seems to small to me since both my girls were born over that weight. It is a great gain from her 4lbs though. Delaney has finally passed the 16lb mark at her 8 1/2 month ckeckup. She seems to tiny to me because Zoey was 19lbs at 8 months. They all grow at their own rate though.
More sleep for you will be high on our list of prayers! ~A
